This presentation provides an overview of the changes to the patent inventor oath/declaration that took place as part of the America Invents Act. The presentation discusses the form changes as well as some new options for submission of substitute statements in lieu of an oath/declaration. The presentation also provides some comments on the pre-issuance or third party submission procedure available at the USPTO.
