Our firm provides customized service to its clients by approaching each client and matter with team collaboration. Here's how we do it:

Each client is assigned a Relationship Manager at the onset of the firm's engagement with them.

Relationship Managers:

  • Make strategic decisions on project

  • Maintain client satisfaction

  • Handle billing issues

  • Address any client concerns

  • Obtain periodic client feedback and communicate to the project team opportunities for service-delivery improvement

Each matter has an assigned Project Manager. Each matter also has at least one assigned Service Professional. 

Project Managers:

  • Manage project to client’s satisfaction (timing, results, cost)

  • Lead, manage, and develop the team of Service Professionals

  • Keep Relationship Manager informed of project progress

  • Review and approve invoices

  • Incorporate quality improvement into the project process to improve service levels

Service Professionals:

  • Provide technical services to client satisfaction on the project

  • Assist with project management

  • Develop forms and processes to improve service delivery
