Litigation Paralegal - IP Litigation/Commercial Litigation/Anti-Counterfeiting Professional

Intellectual Property Litigation Associate (3-5+ years experience)
Klemchuk is looking for an IP litigation associate attorney that is interested in getting hands-on training, sophisticated work, and direct client interaction. This open position is focused on a 3-5 year experience range associate that will have a significant support role with our trial and IP enforcement teams. Patent Prosecution Associate (2-4+ years experience)
Klemchuk is looking for a patent prosecution associate attorney (2-4+ years of experience) that is interested in working in a tight-knit team. Responsibilities will include office action response drafting, invention intake, and application/claim sets drafting. Additional opportunities to support the trial team and other teams (enforcement, trademarks, and transactional) are available. While not required, big firm experience is a plus. Read more.
