Speaker - Laura Sokatch, Owner of Elis Legal Recruiting

Laura Sokatch is the owner of Elis Legal Recruiting, and has spent nearly 15 years in the recruiting industry. She has worked extensively in the Dallas legal market, both in-house with a boutique law firm and on the agency side. Laura holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Southern Methodist University, where her clinical work involved providing therapy for adult individuals, couples and groups. In addition to acting as a headhunter for law firms, Laura provides professional coaching services to attorneys throughout Texas. She actively recruits for firms ranging from small boutiques to large, international law firms.
