Managing Attorney Kimberly N. Loveland and Associate Attorney Selby C. Rains, of Loveland & Hurley, PLLC

Kimberly’s practice concentrates on serving clients in the areas of high-net-worth estate planning, business succession, asset protection, estate and trust administration. Her comprehensive approach considers the delicate balance of clients' needs, goals, and family dynamics. Kimberly’s goal is to educate her clients on the importance of protecting and preserving their legacy and assets. She maintains active licenses to practice law in the states of Texas and Florida. Kimberly is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and received her LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law.

Selby’s practice exclusively focuses on matters related to business, estate, and tax planning, as well as asset protection and trust and estate administration. She advises clients regarding efficient wealth transfer and asset protection strategies that range from foundational death and incapacity planning (wills, revocable trusts, and powers of attorney) to complex estate matters surrounding taxation and liability exposure. She works closely with wealth and insurance advisors and tax professionals to deliver comprehensive guidance and an array of legal solutions to meet each client's specific needs. Selby earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and her law degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma.
